Past Projects: Air Conditioning Installations in Office Buildings
Some of Airtronix’s project installations can be seen around the greater Auckland / Albany commercial area.
102 Rosedale Rd
The building is split into multi zones, serviced by individually controlled ducted split systems on both office floors. Tempered, higher than normal fresh air systems supply grouped AC units, in spiral metal ductwork, for both floors.
The various systems are automated with a single control, for AC units / fresh air & parking garage ventilation within the basement areas.
94 Apollo Drive – 3M building
This site has a “4-Star”: Accredited Green Building” rating. The basement is ventilated by various ventilation exhaust systems, together with some natural ventilation. Both upper levels have natural, tempered filtrated ventilation, feeding numerous VRF ducted fan coils on each floor.
The economical VRF system has been designed to feed areas with varying heat loads, whereby capitalising on some simultaneous heat recovery from lower south facing zones, where possible. The entire system is operated by a “Building Management System” which also controls lighting & access control.
Apollo Retail – Cnr Orbit Drive and Apollo Drive
Each tenancy has a fresh air & bathroom ventilation system. With a communal ventilated disposal area with public bathroom. Some tenants have opted for ducted & high wall split systems for temperature control.
